When Will My Order Ship?
If we receive your order and e-transfer payment by our 10am PST cutoff time (Monday-Friday), your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 10am PST, your order will ship the next business day. If Friday after 10am til Sunday, orders will go out first thing Monday AM.
How Is My Package Shipped?
We have secure and discreet packaging. We ship everything securely through Canada Post. Orders are usually received within 3 business days of receiving your tracking code.

Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?
If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to cancel your current order with us and create a new order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order. Please email us at orders@legendextracts.co
What types of payment do you accept?
Payment is made using e-transfer, which protects your purchase as this is a very safe transaction method.
Is Tax included in the price?
Yes. We charge 5% GST on orders. This is included in the checkout price.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $150. We ship our orders via Canada Post and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.
What happens to my order if I don’t send you a payment?
Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your payment to us. We keep the order on hold for 12 hours. After that, if payment is still not received, it will be canceled.
I haven’t received my package, what should I do?
Please check your package status on the Canada Post website. Sometimes there are delays with Canada Post, but it will get to you eventually. Why doesn’t the tracking number I received from you work?
We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t show up as trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The correct tracking should show up by the end of the business day.
How much does shipping cost?
You get free shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 have a $20 flat rate shipping charge.
What happens if my package goes missing?
All customers receive a tracking code, once payment is received, and their order is processed. Tracking codes are accessible by the next morning from the day it is sent out.
